Meet the Team

Janet was the Sr. EducationUSA Adviser @ Indo American Education Society. IAES used to be the host organization for EducationUSA till October 2023 and American Corner programs from the US State Department in the Gujarat region in West India. She is a double graduate degree holder in Commerce and Education, also, has a Masters in management. Janet brings with her a rich experience in advising, event organization, center development, and team building. Janet has been associated with overseas education for more than 17+ years now. She started her career as an adviser for U.S. Higher Education followed by extensive experience handling 12 different countries and business development altogether.

Advising Students for their Higher Education gives her the utmost satisfaction. Training and Outreach are the two key tasks that she loves to do. Her experience has helped her enhance some very important skills of Time management and people management.

Janet feels proud to be an Adviser. She feels great and content that her profile gives her a chance to help the students achieve their dreams. Also, it thrills her when the students reach out to her after joining the Universities and feel how great they feel on campus. She loves traveling and is a true foodie. Janet's life motto is "Do my best so that I can blame myself for anything".

Jaydeep Buch is an exper US admission adviser in Ahmedabad, India and this is the 14th year of his experience journey. Jaydeep started his career by working with the corporate and his passion for education and interaction with students brought him to the US Higher Education. Jaydeep’s experience always helps him to understand the depth of the students and parents queries and help them out.

He believes in lifelong learning. Jaydeep loves to advocate for international mobility and education opportunities. On a personal note, his hobbies include reading, swimming and trekking. He loves to get lost to the hills and mountains for days during his free time. Jaydeep is very enthusiastic and would never hesitate to do something new and would always like to keep himself updated with the required knowledge.

Dhara holds a double Graduate Degree in Commerce and Law from The Gujarat University. She also completed her Post Graduate Diploma in IT from SCDL, Pune. She has been an integral part of this organization for 9+ years and plays an important role as the key and keeper of the Information related to the students and their university selection process as they seek advice for an advancement of their career. She brings an expertise in the US University Admissions, Financial Guidance, the US application documentation, processes & procedures.

She loves interacting with the students and is very passionate while discussing with them about their plans for higher education. She gets excited to see her students studying at an Accredited University in the USA. She gets inspired to do a better job as she receives feedback from her students. Her smile is like a jam that she loves to spread around. She is a bookworm and a TV Fanatic. She often enjoys taking trips to the US and her favorite US city is Chicago!

Vaishali has been working as an Outreach Coordinator @ Indo American Education Society Ahmedabad since 2018. She holds a degree in Business Administration & is a Post Graduate in Strategic Management & Leadership from the UK. She has more than a decade of enriched experience in Advising & representing Educational Institute from various countries including USA in the Indian Educational Market. She has a sound knowledge and grip on the Indian & Abroad Education, having started her career from Advising she has enough Adroit at Managing Events, Promotional & Marketing Campaigns, Imparting Training on Programmes. She is always enthusiastic and determined to ensure the deliverables.

She loves meeting people and enjoys her role knowing that she was a part of their life changing journey too. She believes if you can make a difference in someone's life with your efforts, life gives you satisfaction. She also Graphic Designer, designs Creatives, Posts, Flyers, Videos etc. for various events & handles Social Media platforms.

She is a painter & music lover. She loves various forms of creativity, being with nature, reading, traveling & adventure trips.

Deepali Thakkar has been working with Indo American Education Society since 2016 as Front Office Executive. She is also the Test Center Administrator for the ETS Test center hosting TOEFL and GRE tests for US aspirants. She has completed her Undergraduate in Commerce and Management from Gujarat University.

Her main responsibilities include assisting visitor and advisors, maintaining the DRS for the center, assisting in execution of the sessions and various events.

In her free time she likes to travel & listen Music.

Tejal joined as an Administrator/Outreach Coordinator for the Indo American Education Society. Her responsibilities include outreach, event coordination, and day-to-day operations. She has extensive experience in a variety of businesses. She has previously worked for GHCL (Icon Data Management), TATA Tele Services, Aegis, Ace Information Way, and Helen O' Grady, (Australia). She enjoys both music and drama. In her previous position, she taught pupils ages 3 to 18 about personal development, communication, expression, and confidence through drama. She believes that if you can't express yourself, you can't perform well in any situation. She finished her study in "Film Production and Management," and as part of the course project, she created three short documentaries. Her primary areas of experience include event coordination, quality assurance and counseling, vendor management, client management, and training.
